I can’t touch paper or dry wood after my hands are wet. I shiver and react like I touched something hot. Same as touching chalk with dry hands. So uncomfortable

    6. Echo

But, the gloves make your hands sweat and then they get pruney in the gloves.

    7. Ellie Marie

      My step sister has this!

    8. Aasyria G

I have this too. I hate the feeling of rubbing my fingers together, it makes me cringe get butterflies and feel extremely uncomfortable. I also can only have certain phone cases because of the texture. I dont like sliding my hand over soft things because idrk. I never knew it was an actual thing tho. wow the things u learn on yt

I hate keys, I hate the sound of any metal screaching. It hurts my ears and gives me chills, but I know the cause our car got hit by a bicycle and the bike screached near my window where I am seated It's hard for me to go down an escalator but okay with going up. I googled it and a lot have it, its fear of heights.

    10. Brittany Koen

I hate the feeling of towels and clothes when my fingers are pruney! So I feel you!!!!

    11. Arianna Pitt

Yes my feet and hands I hate it. As I've gotten older I've dealt with it better. Yes I can touch concrete and sometimes my swim suit but not my skin. Oh and my boyfriend makes fun of me when I take a bath because I just sit there with my hands above the water lol.

    12. turtlekid09

Sensory issues like that are signs of OCD. I have severe OCD and I cannot stand the feeling of pruney fingers

    13. Tessa Rowell

Eh, I think it's just dramatics

    14. cosmicnights

      He shouldn’t laugh.

    15. Ellie Woodcock

Omg I thought it was just me 😂

    16. Lauren Julia

I love her as a person but I can't stand any character she's ever played in anything.

    17. Mary Hines

I have this same kind of thing with certain fabrics (and the noises they make) and the seams in socks (seamless socks are a joke). My mom said getting me dressed was an ordeal because if the seam wasn’t just right I was in tears. I also used to strip down to my diaper while remaining fully buckled in my car seat. These days I’m kind of the same way. Mostly I hate the feeling of regular sheets. Even silk sheets bother me.

    18. Amber Klaire

This is literally what Alex from DearGreyson has...

    19. Darcy

I cant stand to touch things when my hands feel dry and my son doesnt like the feel of wet hands touching him when he is in the bathtub

    20. Amanda

I have something similar in that I don't like people touching me on the inner part (bend) of my elbow, inner part of my knee, or my belly button. I have no clue why it just feels weird and gives me a similar feeling of being sick to my stomach. I think, at least for the elbow, it may be because I have a fear of needles and drawing blood is such a challenge (I have to pump myself up days in advance), and people touching that area reminds me of the feeling and makes me nauseous? Anyway, not the same thing, but I'm glad I'm not the only person who has a weird thing with touch that people don't understand :)

    21. Crystal R.

I have to wear rubber gloves when I use chalk. I HATE chalk to begin with and would rather not go near it, but my kids like it and make me draw stuff so I use gloves. Ew. It's making me shudder just thinking about it.

    22. Dana Taylor

I do not have this type of reaction, but I do know what she is referring to. It is a very odd sensation, being all pruney and touching something.

    23. Rachael McInnes

Here comes all the internet "psychologists" to provide a diagnosis on a funny story....

    24. Malika Saha

I hate the feeling of pruning hands and feet it makes me cringe so bad.

    32. Jamie Biedermann

Kristin Bell... are you aware if you make your pool a saltwater pool, this won’t happen? Also, add Epsom salt to your baths and you won’t come out pruny!

    33. smmccosh

I have the exact same phobia! I also just can't stand to touch anything while my hands are wet. It's weird.

    34. Elle C

I know people are gonna say this, just because Kristen Bell says it.... but, this truly has been something I've struggled with ever since I was little! Whenever I would go swimming, I literally wouldn't touch anything until my fingers were dry- still, to this day, I won't unless I absolutely have to. And, touching paper is the WORST!! Ugghhh. Horrible! I NEVER thought of scuba gloves! Def gonna try em out! I didn't even know they existed. Lol.

    35. Jessica
